This Privacy Policy explains how the Minfinity ERP mobile application ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use it. The App is a business tool intended for employees and authorised users of organisations that subscribe to Minfinity ERP. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect

The App also contacts a public network time (NTP) server to get an accurate time for attendance records. No personal data is sent in that request.
We do not collect your contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone audio, or advertising identifiers, and the App does not contain advertisements or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.
2. Permissions used
- Location (fine and coarse) – used only while the App is open, for attendance check-in/out and travel bills.
- Camera – to take photos you choose to attach to records.
- Internet – to communicate with your organisation's Minfinity ERP server.
Photos are selected through the Android system photo picker, so the App does not request broad access to your storage or gallery. You can revoke any permission at any time from your device settings; some features may then stop working.
3. How we use information
- To authenticate you and provide access to your organisation's ERP data.
- To record attendance, leave, travel expenses and other HR / business transactions.
- To display dashboards and reports to authorised users within your organisation.
- To maintain the security, reliability and proper functioning of the service.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How information is shared
Data you enter in the App is sent to and stored on the Minfinity ERP servers used by your organisation. It is visible to your employer and to authorised users within your organisation according to their roles (for example HR, managers or administrators). We do not share your data with third parties except:
- with service providers that host and operate our servers on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations;
- when required by law, court order or a government authority;
- to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, our customers or the public.
5. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access control based on user roles and authenticated API access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data retention
Business records (such as attendance, payroll and financial records) are retained for as long as your organisation's account is active, or as long as required by your organisation and applicable laws. Data stored locally on your device is removed when you log out or uninstall the App.
7. Your rights and account deletion
Accounts in the App are created and managed by your organisation's administrator. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and account by:
- contacting your organisation's Minfinity ERP administrator, or
- emailing us at helpdesk.minutedesigns@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and your registered email / employee ID.
We will process verified requests within 30 days. Some records may need to be retained by your organisation where required by law (for example tax, payroll or accounting records).
8. Children's privacy
The App is a business application intended for working adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
